The main object of this project is to expand and search the marketplace for Pianamiele that is top Italian honey brand across the Asia countries especially in Singapore. To seek the opportunities of market place in Singapore, the team made the research about the market potential of honey industry as well as to compete with the competitors, the team attempted to find the good market strategies which will make the Pianamiele to success and lunch the brand in Singapore. Financial plan is also part of our project strategies to determine our short and long term financial goals and create a good balanced plan to meet our project objectives. In addition, the team has come up with a good research by searching the different platforms such as primary and secondary research has been using to collect the data and information. Primary research is from conducting an interviewing to attach the 14 interviewees from workers and an online/offline survey which were able to attach the approximately 105 of students and workers. Based on the results, the team obtained a more detailed about our consumer’s relationship with Pianamiele through the data analysis. Secondary research has been collected from a variety of website and articles. Based on these data analysis outcomes, lastly, the team will try to find a good marketing and financial plan which will give a capable recommendation for Pianamiele business to make the successful business in Singapore.
